There was a recipe in High Times Magazine back in the 70's. I think they just soaked 5 lbs in water for a week then use the water and brew normally.

I used a mix-stir in the drill when I first put it in the fermentor and to mix the yeast. Would that give it enough airation or should I still get a stone? I sterilized a big spoon and gave it a gentle stirring so will see if the gravity comes down. Thanks all :mug:

Dominion is good, if you go to the brewer/restauant the have flights of 4 oz samples for you to figure out what you like. Also Sweetwater restaurant http://www.greatamericanrestaurants.com/ makes some of thier own beers. (the get thier pale ale from dominion)
