I just finished a saison with that yeast. I had mine up to 90 and was agitating it daily. I eventually got it down to 1.016 with a target of 1.013. Close enough. Took about 5 weeks all together.

Looks great, but unless I could find as good as deal as you did, it's a little out of my budget.

Yeah, I was hoping to buy from my LHBS with a recipe, but I've bought from AHS and was pretty happy. It just take so long to come. Plus I like to support the local guys.

Ok, just took a reading. I'm at 1.022 after 4 days since pitching. Starting gravity was supposed to be 1.068. Although, I only got 1.035, I think because it wasn't mixed. I heard it's hard to be off on extract, so I assume it was right around 1.068 starting out. FG is supposed to be 1.013...
