Brewed this last night, Mashed at 154 for 60mins...ill let you guys know how it turned out. gravity readings and everything were nice, fermenting great, looks to be good so far Cheers for the recipe:mug:

not to keep repeating what everyone else said, but with the samck packs have never had a real high active ferment. I switched to the S-05 with my IPA's and great taste and highly active. as long as your having steady activity thru the airlock, you should be fine :mug:

the trick for drilling stainless is slow speed and a sharp bit. The way to tell your drilling too fast is that it will make a high squealing sound, very annoying. Also i have only had luck pre-drilling with step-bits, like others said, trying to drill the initial hole with a step-bit is a...
