All my 5gl batches use ~10gl, why not have the biggest BK to upgrade in the future, its inevitable....

I use pellets in a bag ~6x8". The pellets blow up pretty big but I think I've had 6oz. in it. Not sure how big for leaf but they're cheap and reusable so just get a few and use two if needed.

you can always get a reusable nylon hop bag.

I just brewed a Tripel on the 6th and used T-58. Supposed to go into secondary tomorrow so I just checked it, 1.020 which is right on.:rockin: Never used it before either but seems to be ok.

I didn't know what you meant by cold crashing but after some digging I found some useful info in another thread. After reading that and this one, force carbing is definitly the way I'll go now. Thanks for the info.:mug:
