    Just got my first Rhizomes. From what I understand I need to wait until the weather gets better before I plant, so Mayish. I put the rhizomes in the fridge. Do I need to do anything or are they fine chilling in the fridge? Should I put a small amount of water in the bag with them? Thanks

    hmmmm looks like I caught something in the jar since it is bubbling. I am going to wait another week before I do anything with it since my carboys are all full. Think I could strain it with cheese cloth before it goes into a starter? I will try to take a pic of it later today.
