    Coriander in the Secondary (Crush or No Crush?)

    I want to add Coriander into my Summer Citrus wheat in the secondary, (was planning during the boil, but it was too late before I realized I had it still in the spice rack). My question is do I have to crush them in the secondary or can they go in whole?

    Cider Fermenting very slow....

    Ok..re-pitched back in early feb..not much change. Tried a yeast nutrient to "start" it back up about 2 weeks ago... Did the cider on 1/7/10 OG was 1.0725. Current reading 1.057. Sitting at about 2.5%! Seems to be creeping along. Would adding and granualted sugar or something help me get this...

    Hard Cider not fermenting

    My hard cider's OG was 1.0725. This was 3 weeks ago. I just did a reading and it is only at 1.070. Not much has changed. I used a red star champagne yeast, started to ferment for a couple days then settled out...still have airlock bubbles but I understand that doesn't mean anything...

    Chocolate Cherry Stout

    A couple days ago, I racked my stout into the secondary on top of 3lbs. of purreed Cherries...the cherries were frozen fresh that I pureed. Should I use Pectin Enzyme to help clear it out?

    Fermentation Stalled?

    Brewed a Irish Stout Kit on Sunday...changed up the recipe to add 8 oz. of Cocoa at last 30min of boil. Fermentation started great first 24 hours then fizzeled out and is very slow. Temp is a about 70deg. Still fermenting but very very very slow....should I transfer to sec now. It will only...
