    Anyone naturally ferment?

    No sweat! Just be sure that everything is sterile and dry. And I mean everything! As long as the cider was not pasteurized, it will ferment. Be prepared to wait a week or more to see any action in the airlock though, it takes awhile to get going.

    Cyser Clarity

    I am in the process of making my second cyser and followed the same recipe except that I used commercial yeast instead of the natural yeast in the unpasteurized cider. Will this batch come out as clear as the last and with the same ABV or will it be different?
