    I'm considering adding a cup of lentils to my next 5 gal mash. Should give about 4.7mg zinc. Maybe the reason why some brewers added an oyster to their mash. I don't think it will affect flavour and may provide other (important) trace minerals that are lacking in our modern monoculture farms.
