    Hey fellow brewers. I completed my first batch of beer after several f-ups. Despite that my first batch is drinkable. Some bottles and really good. Some are just ok. Pretty good for my first time around the block, eh? Thank you all for your help. This website is especially helpful.

    I live off of North Genesee. I was about a mile from the crash! Those jets fly over almost everyday. :eek: Thankfully the statistical likelihood of one crashing on me is unlikely.
