    I hear ya chumprock. I was just over in Rochester yesterday. Any good brew supply places over there? I mostly go to Niagara Tradition in Buffalo, they seem to have good prices and are pretty helpful.

    Honey and Priming Sugar?

    My primary is holding a honey wheat. Can anyone with experience tell me if I should use less priming sugar when I bottle since I added 2 lbs of honey to the wort (along with 6lbs of DME) Is there potential for over-carbonation with the honey and priming sugar? Thanks!
