Making our 4th batch as we speak, had to throw out batch 2 because of bad fermentation temp and we think bad mashing process. Have those issues resolved and think we are on the right track now. Doing our first kegging today instead of bottling.

can you tell me what is difference between the 10.5 and the v2? I also have a fairly new anvil and was thinking of getting small batch ring but now wondering if I truly need it?
