I ordered a few all grain kits from Austin homebrew store. I read a few places to store the crushed grains in the freezer. Do I take them out of the freezer right before brewing? Or the day before?

I brewed extract and left it in the primary for two weeks. kegged it yesterday and tasted pretty good. I used centennial only.

Brewed extract yesterday but found out I got chinook instead of cascade hops. Ended up using centennial only. Hopefully it won't affect the taste too bad.

I bought this one from HD. No problems heating up water. Check reviews... a lot of people complain about the safety cutoff but I haven't had any issues. I also brewed my first biab last weekend.
