    Is it possible to successfully brew booch at 68 degrees?

    My house is very well insulated and the thermostat is set to 68 all the time. Is this warm enough for successful F1 and F2 fermenting? Thanks!

    Heating kombucha while it's fermenting

    The thermostat at my house is always set for 68 degreees. This is too cold for proper booch fermenting, right? I've read that I should use a heating mat or wrap, but is this necessary? What about heating the bottled booch during F2? Thanks!
