    Winter brewing - fermenting around 60 deg?

    Hi everyone, My home stays around 60 degrees this time of year, and I can keep a steady temp on my fermenters anywhere from 58 to 62 degrees. Does anyone have any good suggestions for yeast in this range? I don't want to brew Kolsch all winter long. Anyone else keep their heat way down...

    Mildew weed off-flavor
