So I tried my first all grain recipe.so the recipe goes

4lbs flaked oates
.5lb white wheat
.5lb honey malt
60 min mash at 148 30 min boil whirlpool at 180 for 20 mins and came in at 1.048 called for 1.058 anyone see where i went wrong?
So I bottled up my Witbeir turned out great.and while im waiting for that to carbonate I wanna brew up a mexican cerveza and keg it how long in the primary before I keg it?
