    Affordable electric controller

    Hi there! I am currently considering retiring my Klarstein Brauheld Pro and acquire one of these gorgeous kettles from The Malt Miller (I am in the UK). Problem: the electric controllers they sell are mad expensive... do you know any affordable alternative I could go for? Thanks!
