    Thanks again to everyone for their help, it was incredibly helpful ! Yes, I will definitely brew it and keep you guys updated. Will try to keep track of every steps and statistics of ongoing brew to see where good deeds and mistakes take place in order to gain hindsight on the brew/recipe :)
