I switched from a 3 vessel, propane, Blichmann top tier setup to a single vessel eBIAB, primarily making 5G batches. My brew days went from 8-10 hours to 5-6 hours including cleanup & setup/takedown.

On the topic of clogging during transfer, I made a transfer hose with an inline filter like this: MPBIF001-Standard Bouncer Inline Beer Filter You still need to cold crash but this will catch the little bits of hops and other gunk that do get through.

A whirlpool with a pump and immersion chiller makes the chilling process very easy (and fast). After you've transferred your cooled wort to your fermenter you can then recirculate a PBW solution to clean out your pump/lines/valves. I've found this does a pretty good job of cleaning everything...
