    Belgian saison ferm temp

    Hello everyone Hope you are all good Last kit I brewed was a Belgian saison kit. The yeast packet stated temp from 79f to 89 f. Even though the room temps are 68 f and the fermentation temp shows 72f What if anything will happen ?
