Panel finally mounted and steam condenser set up!

Kettle stand complete! No more carrying the pot to sink for clean outs will be so nice. Next up mounting the pump and chiller to bottom shelf. Slapped on a bottle opener for the brew day beers 😉

I like the steam lid from Spike but I know it used a bunch more water than the slayer (from what I've read). Only negative to the slayer is making a hole to mount it. Spikes lid would be nice and matchy matchy on the upside :) I do have a water supply so weighing the costs of either condensate...

I think I just realized that per the drawing, my PID will not receive 120v unless the Emergency button is pushed in...

The big question I had on this design change is having the separate 240v HHG source and the separate 120v HNG source, will it work? I can install a 30 amp GFCI for the 240v circuit if needed but not sure if it will work since I don’t have the N. I’m basically trying to recreate the SS brew tech...

I’d love if someone could review my drawing for a BIAB panel I’d like to build. It’s modeled after the electric brew supply drawing but adjusted to account for a 3 wire 240v inlet and a separate 120v inlet. Let me know what y’all think!
