    2F fruit puree in bottle neck

    Hi, I just started brewing kombucha, it's my first batch in the making and I too have the same question as you. I'm in the second fermentation stage and the fruit piure seems to be sitting on top of the liquid. How did your go, did it turn bad? Thanks!
