    Wild yeast mead

    I started a wild yeast mead with 3lbs honey, 1 gal water, a couple frozen white grapes and some squeezed lemon juice. I have been stirring it regularly morning and evening. Today, after 5 days of sitting, there was a heavy white foam after mixing. Is that a good thing?
