How large does my mash tun need to be?

I'm looking to switch to all-grain brewing soon and am trying to get set up. I'd like to use a cooler for a mash tun, how big should it be? I'll be brewing 5 gallon batches for the forseeable future, is 48 quarts large enough? 60? 75? Thanks
