I got a nutbrown from northern brewer that hits the two week mark today. I planned on kegging it after a month, but I had a change of plans come up and will be going out of town for three weeks or more. Any negative consequences for leaving it in the primary for over a month?

I'm brewing that kit this weekend too. I looked at the all grain version and they only have .75 oz for the bittering addition. I ran it on beer alchemy and it only results in a 7 IBU difference if you use the full ounce.

Is Northern Brewers Dead Ringer a clone?

I brewed this kit nine days ago. Getting ready to take a sample in a bit to check the gravity. Edit: Gravity was at 1.012 and I thought it tasted pretty decent. Not nearly as hoppy as I would have thought with all the hops. Planning on checking tomorrow and then cold crashing.

I finally built an immersion chiller. Used it yesterday and cooled four gallons in around five minutes. That is with an addition of a gallon of cool water. Total cost was under thirty bucks.

Hopefully I can keep the body parts to a minimum.
