    No-boil vs extract

    IMO Coopers Extract kits are the best. Just dissolve in water with 2 lbs of honey and ferment 4-9 days longer is better then bottle and wait 3 weeks. That easy takes me about 25min by myself. Clean up is easy and Heartshomebrew.com has a special buy 6 get 1 free! On any kits!

    Changing flavers

    Is there anything I can do to experiment with flavors if I only use extract kits? I mean beside mixing 2 cans. I just want to expand if possible.     I use the coopers malt extract kits but my ? is, is there a way I can increase the ABV without adding more malt extract? I also heat up honey in the pot with the extract Not sure if that helps. More for a wow factor than to get sloppy drunk

    Oh well in that case how long will it stay good for if for some chance I don't drink it, after the bottle stage? I use Hearts Homebrew they are located 30min from my house, but will try others until I find the perfect one.
