I have a 10 gallon brew pot as well and have done BIAB. It can be done but I prefer to stick to grain bills that are 10lbs or less. not because of size of pot, but more for working with over ten pounds of saturated grains is a real pain. squeezing the goodness from bag at that weight sucks.

I'm not familiar with that hop variety... have you used it before? if not I would start with 1 oz for 5-7 days. Alpha doesn't matter for dry hopping as its more aroma than anything else. doesn't increase IBUs, but can contribute to perception of bitterness.

3711 yeast is a beast but I have had no trouble with it having a thin mouth feel... late addition strisselspalt for sure! I don't brew my saison without it. Very interesting finish.

How much to a standard 16 oz bottle? Do they dissolve on their on their own or does it take heat? I have a bottle of witch hazel I added bay rum aftershave to.

Cheap trimmer, no guides, buzz head down to stubble weekly, often after multiple homebrews. Usually bic the head about once a month, If I'm grown out to 1/4" I feel shaggy!

had similar issue when I drilled my 10gal SS pot. finally got hole started with diamond coated dremel bit... smooth sailing after that. used these as well after pilot hole started.

I love mine, but the door shelves have to go to get any kegs to fit.
