    Kegging is the way to go. If you do want to bottle you can bottle straight from the keg after the beer clears and ages for a bit. You can also add some perlick faucets to the mix and raise your coolness factor by 100.

    I have a fridge with just an analog controller. Easy peasy. 100 for fridge. 55 for controller. I do small batch beers.

    That is true, we all brew differently, but it sure is easier to clean the LBK than to clean a 1/6 bbl or 1/2 bbl keg or even a carboy.
