Thnaks for reply - Not particularly high but a reasonably cold start 14-15c for a few days. At three weeks was about 990 when activity stopped. Ive seen infections multiply like anything over a day or two so I think this will be fine and I will leave it cool and dark for a coule more days...

Guys I made a sugar wash and after three weeks fermentation stopped. All was looking good and added carbon as usual. 2-3 days and carbon did its stuff and sank and wash was looking fairly clear and added finings (A +B) in the recommended way. A day later the wash was going bright but I saw...
