    I've only been brewing for about a year but I'll help if I can :-) I'm actually getting sick of bottling and want to move to kegging. I can't justify the cost right now though.

    Yes I'm familiar with the red salamander! I've only picked up supplies from there once though. I usually get my stuff at capital city homebrew supply. Great place.

    Thanks. Yeah I've got a bit to learn with this style. My wife and a few others have been pressuring me to make "regular beer" lol for some time now but I've been telling them this style is believe it or not actually quite involved to make.
