    Dual output RTD options

I'd be interested in what you figure out as I'd like to do the exact same thing but not enough to mess with adding a probe.

Anyone have a Brewer's Hardware "Hybrid" Ball Valve?

Unfortunately that took that picture from the wrong side (and haven't responded to my message) to know if there's a pocket of grossness in there. I was hoping to find one I don't even have to disassemble. This is for my hop dropper which I recently disassembled and found a moldy hop pellet...

Anyone have a Brewer's Hardware "Hybrid" Ball Valve?

I'm curious what the inside of these is like. Does it have a hollow where stuff can get caught like a standard ball valve? Or is it more like an encapsulated ball valve?

Apparently his latest whrilpool modification works a little too well.

Looks like AAW is no longer in business - low RPM, high torque option, 3 roller Kegco?

The drill will work. Stay away from the small motors for the Barley Crusher and similar. I could not get one to run my 3-roller Monster. I have no regrets on the big motor myself.

Looks like AAW is no longer in business - low RPM, high torque option, 3 roller Kegco?

Monster sells a very similar, if not the same, motor that AAAW sold. Similar to what I recall paying as well.

NEW Product Announcement - Spike Glycol Chiller

My sight glass is off too, reads 7.5G when I put in about 6.75. Don't see 3 pumps displacing that much. That said, just ditch the markings, really don't see how it matters. I'm a little surprised at the hysteresis between on and off of almost 6 degrees. We'll see when I get stuff in my...

TiltBridge - Tilt-to-WiFi Device for Tilt Hydrometer

Ah, OK, I misunderstood, you mean outbound connections to https not the web app itself.

Is there support for managing certs? Even better, for managing them programmatically? I use LetsEncrypt to generate a wildcard cert for all my internal services.

    Pump Mounting hardware or brackets

@Brewers Hardware can custom make something similar to your second pic but with a plate that the pump bolts to. They list one with a single mount on their site but I found it to be a little flexy for my tastes. They made me a double and it was great. Only reason I'm no longer using it i I...

    ESP Brew Engine

The onboard ADC is pretty non-linear especially at very low voltages. The ADS1115 is cheap and easy enough to use with the ESP32 and works far better. Just learned all this building an automatic TDS monitor to integrate in Home Assistant.

I think there’s a Billy Joel song hidden in the description.

Irish Red Ale Raging Red Irish Red Ale

The barrel aged experiment turned out well. It ended up being in the barrel for 4 weeks which is longer than I'd planned but was too sick at 3 weeks. At first I thought it was past its prime but now that its been in the brite tank for a week its really come around. Unfortunately I forgot...
