Just started a rack of beef ribs rubbed with Webers chile lime rub. Also threw in a couple of pork sausages for a snack and will add turkey and beef burgers later in the smoke. Using pecan for this one.

Hopefully installing it this weekend, I had to order the flush valve. I’ll be sure to post pics.

Leafs looked strong last tonight and much more disciplined without Kadri running around. Both teams looked a little hesitant with regards to hitting and after the whistle shenanigans.

I’ve been a long time Stamkos fan after watching him play Jr. A, but it’s nice to see the underdog Blue Jackets give them a go.

Finished this a few weeks ago after my 4 tap kegerator gave up the ghost. I really like having control over the Co2 pressure to each keg.

Bought the tray that HotRod9mm mentions above for $23 and mounted it with 2 $5 shelf brackets attached to some inexpensive magnets from Princess Auto. Here’s a pic with a 5# dumbell on it.

2 new kegs and an extra regulator for purging and force carbing.
