The original shank as installed from Haier was moved to the right position (yellow spacer). It is not a 90 elbow but rather a straight stub. The other 2 are 90 elbows.

As long as it's pressurized it should be fine. The weight of the beer will help submerge it. Sanitize the fittings and lid etc if you need to open it or disconnect the hoses afterwards.

+ 1 I am also an A&P for 20 plus years. I have serviced many O2 cylinders. It is gaseous oxygen. I have never seen LOX used on anything but military aircraft. Because of the extremely dangerous risks of LOX, I highly doubt your aircraft is using it unless you fly for uncle Sam.

I had to mount a hard drive fan in mine because the kegs in the front were warm and the one in back nearly frozen. Worked like a charm. Get some air movement and that should help.

I have a Haier kegerator that will hold 3 cornies. The hump is only in the rear corner allowing for it. might want to look for one of those. I think the Kenmore one will hold 3 as well.
