LED computer fans in my ferment chamber?

It was a 4 pack on Newegg for cheap and they were quiet (which usually means slow) so I just put all 4 pointing down the deep part of the freezer.

LED computer fans in my ferment chamber?

Thank yall for the responses. I risked it and just clipped the wires to the leds on each corner of each fan. The fans stayed running so it must have been wires such that the fan is separate. It's not quite as easy to see down in the freezer now but the new plan is to wire up a momentary switch...

LED computer fans in my ferment chamber?

I have led computer fans that I use to keep a consistent temperature in the deep freezer. They were reasonably dim but I didn't know if since they run 24/7 it might skunk my beer in the glass carboy. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Extension Cord for Keezer - is there such thing as safe one to use?

Welder here not electrician but familiar with the stuff. A chest freezer uses about 500watts depending on size. 500watts/110v is 4.5amps. Good luck finding an extension cord that can't handle that. Go for it just be smart.

Shameless self bump years later. But I've also gotten into 3d printing of late and have made myself some of these. I have them for every beer style I've made and for about 50 cents in plastic I'm loving them. Not pro level design but for a newb it's pretty okay :D

    Dextrose once fermentation almost complete?

This will show some noobishness on my part. But I recently brewed an all grain pumpkin ale and I hit 12 points under my expected og of 1.052 at an even 1.040. Kinda looks like lhbs didn't mill the all grains even though I thought they did, my fault not theirs I have a grain mill and should have...

Awsome man I recommend it. Going from a 1 keg system to this is amazing. Having 3 or 4 different beers ready at any time is so much better. With the added benefit of making them last longer and age in the kegs. So by the end of the kegs they are soooo much better :D

(Cart Before Horse) Newb All Grain Recipes 4 What I have

Yes sir, thats what my 1 gallon batches have been mostly. I freak out less about the grains and more about the hops. I've been doing the brew dudes 1 gallon w/ 1oz (.25@60 .25@20 .25@5 .25@0 or dryhop the last) and adding variants to the 2row and its been a good learning experience. I'm...

I decided to go all grain and bought a 55lb bag of Breiss 2 row (cart before horse) and then decided to take a few of my favorite recipes and order extra of everything and then a grab bag of hops. So after making a couple of recipes that turned out pretty well I want to try new things. So I know...
