    Beer line length and flow control faucets

    Hello. SWMBO gave approval for keezer, so I started the documentation process. I plan to get faucets that have that flow control lever. In this case, does the beer line lenght matter? I am thinking that having that flow control lever, it shouldn't. Should it? Cheers

    Do you need to let sanitized bottles dry?

    I never dry them. When I bottle, I have my bottles submerged in starsan for roughly 30-60 seconds. I empty it, fill it with beer, cap it and that's it. Never had issues, the oldest bottles are 1 year old now and they are still perfect.

    Kegging a wheat beer. Yeast!

    I keg all my wheats. At first you get a german-like Hefe, but towards the end as it clears up and you get out much if the yeast you get a more American Wheat (clearer beer).     Ageing beer in a keg

    I would say that as long as everything is sanitized and the beer has alcohol in it (especially the high ABV ones) you can keep it for a few years. I have heard of a Russian Imperial Stout kept 8 years...
