    Mold or normal Scoby ?

    Perfect!! Just didn't notice the discoloration... Looks like "ish" to me ha ha.... Thanks! Any other opinions or feedback totally welcomed

    Mold or normal Scoby ?

    Appreciate the advice! I have my second batch and everything looks and smells good, except the Scoby looks different than before. Spent a good amount of time looking at photos of mold versus normal fermentation and they look pretty similar, unless it's an extreme case (to my newbie eyes)...
