    Single Vessel RIMS???

Sounds odd... I know. Essentially, my SWMBO wants me to get out of brewing but I am not going to stop. However, I have agreed to downgrade my system to clear up some space. So, instead of a 3 vessel BCS-460 controlled RIMS system I was wondering if it would be possible to have a single vessel...

    HELP! Too much CO2

I just kegged my fifth batch. Normally I leave my regulator set at the same psi so I don't have to worry about proper carbonation (with the exception of minor adjustments). However, I recently moved and I think it was nudged a little too far. I set the psi to 10 at 42 degrees and was planning...

    Old toolbox turned control panel?

I just picked up an old metal Craftsman toolbox from the 70s or for 5 bucks in pretty decent condition. I've seen the threads to use toolboxes for rims controller boxes and pump houses. it's fairly large so what about combining all three into one toolbox?

    12" SS False Bottom

I have a slightly used (less than 10 batches) ss false bottom measuring 12" in diameter. It has a center hole for center pickup as you can see in the pic. Sanke Ferm + Yeast Catcher = ???

So i'm currently converting an old sanke into my primary fermenter. I can't weld and most likely won't be welding on a cone like Yuri to make it a conical. I have also seen threads around with a PVC yeast catcher to assist in removing trub from the conical. Would using a yeast catcher with an...

    Scrap Yard in STL

Odd title I know. I'm looking for a scrap yard in STL that may have some defunct corny kegs that I can harvest some posts from. I'm looking for the gas/liquid posts so I can install them on an upside down sanke (with corny lid) for fermentation purposes. Anyone know of one?

    Temp Sensor Placement

I am drilling holes in my e-keggles for valves, fbs, recirculation elbows and all that good stuff. My question is where is the best place for a thermowell to be drilled? I will recirculate through a RIMS system w/ temp sensor too. Do I even need another temp sensor in the MLT if I'm using a RIMS?
