    jokey box

Obviously the standard for jockey boxes is either a stainless coil, or cold plate. Considerring the cooler is full of ice anyway, would you really lose anything by going cheaper and running 25 or 50 feet of regular beer line instead?

Wiring two PID controllers together in PWM mode

So in a 30 amp system, you obviously cant have both 24A elements firing at the same time. Has anyone wired two PID controllers together so that when both controllers are in PWM manual mode, that they would synchronize so that they fire their individual elements in alternating pulses? in essence...

    BIAB with E-keggle question

So my BIAB E-keggle is almost complete, but i am left thinking about one thing. So in a lot of commercial E-BIAB systems, the heating element is underneath a false bottom which prevents the bag from having any contact with the element. But in a keggle a false bottom would rest along the very...

Dry Hopped Honey Saison - Feedback

Doing two batches this coming Sunday, and working on piecing together this recipe. Going to be "Grand Cru" saison as it is well above the typical 4.5-6% abv of a good dry saison. I know getting the honey flavour to actually come through is the hardest part, so thoughts and feedback are...
