    Kegging question

    I've search and read until my eyes bled....quick question, do you put the beer in the keg and let it lager for a few months and then add co2 or do you keg it, add co2 and then let it lager? Thanks

    Hello from my little corner of the world.

    G'day all, haven't made beer in 20 plus years, been distilling but thought I'd give beer a try again. Finding after doing some reading here there is a bit of difference between all grain brewing for beer and whisky. So, I just kegged 50l of beer to lager and will be adding co2 and time to it...
