    Wayne, Thanks for the response...I started this batch in August of 08, racked in February 09, 30ppm So2 addition in Mid April. It has cleared and now is a brilliant golden amber. I have not noticed any off flavors or aromas. I am bottling this weekend thanks again Michael

    Should I add So2 at bottling? I added 30ppm in mid April. I started this batch last August, racked in February. It has cleared to a brilliant amber gold. Michael

    Hi fellow crafters. Just joined a few days ago and really like the site! I have been brewing and winemaking for many years. Always great to meet new people. I am still having problems uploading a wine label in the label section. I could upload to my profile but not in the thread...any ideas...

    Here is my wine label I have been using for a few years now, also are versions of Gewurztraminer, Eiswein & Edelzwicker (my Riesling & Gewurz blend). I was able to upload this label in the gallery and my profile, but not here. Any ideas? Thanks Michael
