    I use 100% RO water for brewing, what / how do I set this in MME I usually set everything to 0.00 and Bicarb to 8 with a ph of 7. my TDS reading of RO is 8ppm

    Any tips for washing WLP 002?

    I have just tried to wash some White Labs WLP002 English Ale Yeast slurry.... This yeast settles quicker than the trub and hop particles, there's no way you could wash the normal way. My usual way would be to wash yeast is leave it to settle for a short while and pour off the top layers...
