    6-8 Gallon Hazy IPA brewed on a Spike 20 Gallon Solo

    I have about 20 batches on this system but have not yet done a hazy. Does anyone have a good base grain bill and water volume for a Hazy that is in the 8 gallon range? Any help would be great I haven't pushed the limit on this system yet. So far I am fathoming something like this 12 lbs Pale...

    Dogfish Head 90 minute IPA extract clone

    I got this recipe for Xmas and am not seeing any recipe like this. Most are 9-10 dme with partial grains. This recipe has 4 3pound bags of DME that came with it. No instructions. I've brewed my share of beer so I get the gist..just not sure I should add it all to the boil Am I right here Steep...

    Hey everyone.. Much thanks for any guidance. I brewed Sunday and dry hopped Tuesday when active fermenting started. I wanted to go about 7 days but will wait until OG Stays consistent. I'm going to keg but if I should rack it first. Don't want oxidation. Should I go straight into the keg. Force...
