    Thanks Ron, True True wheat "should" be cloudy, but I've had ciders not clear from pectin early on in my my cider making, and that haze is very different than a wheat beer haze, to me anyway. i chill my beer pretty rapidly especially this time of year, but i guess i could do a "berry"...

    Did they ever reply? Also regarding Cinnamon stick in the keg, they only release so much flavor. I make cinnamon whisky with whippets in whip cream containers, once they have given up what they have....they are done.

    What do you do with your spent grains?

    I trade my buddy spent grains for eggs, his chickens love them. Then i dry some grind it in the food processor and make dog treats.

    Vodka works well, depending on what i am adding it to i may use rum as well. For example my cider tea is a mason jar with clove, cinnamon, and all spice in gold rum. For a pumpkin i may add some fresh ground nutmeg and vanilla. I've never had a problem. i start it on brew day and treat it...
