Yep, and the Dead Ringer was has the best value for the dollar. Everything else listed is the standard 6 lb LME with grains, they look good though. I would get more if I had the money.

I haven't had it. I figured I could get 4 or 5 brews from the LME making different recipes. Hard to get that much for the price. Maybe I'll brew one kit.

I've brewed this stout. It was a bit harsh less than a couple weeks in the bottle, but has mellowed nicely. This is a good smooth stout.

I rinse my bottles after pouring to get out any residue. Then I'll run them in the dishwasher with a wash cycle and the sani-rinse cycle. The key is to use regular, cheap store brand powder soap along with a couple drops of dawn, they come out squeaky clean, no residue or spots. On bottling...

Agreed IPAs are overdone. I ditched my hydrometer... haven't used one for a long time. My beer comes out great and gets me feeling good. :drunk: Never used corn sugar/dextrose. Beer tastes better with cane sugar.

I've only used cane sugar since I started home brewing. A little under 2/3 cup for a 5 gallon brew is good.

I've found that baking soda works really well.
