    Large surface area exposure for short period of time

    After fining and adding sulfite and sorbate then....racking off sediment it appears that I racked a little too soon on one of my 1 gal meads (a little new sediment dropped out). I could carefully bottle off of the sediment... but was wondering, if I were to rack one more time before bottling...
