Do I need a utility sink?

Yeah. The integrated shelf would make a good place to dry stuff after washing

Do I need a utility sink?

I completely understand that! I have all electric, so I’ll keep the door just cracked and let that AC rip. 👍

Do I need a utility sink?

Thank you very much for this reply. Sounds like the sink with hoses will work for sure. Just have to adapt it to your own space and set up. I was planning on doing the same with leaving the garage door cracked open just a touch for the hoses. I live in Houston and it’s always hot, so I want to...

Do I need a utility sink?

That’s exactly what I wanted to know. If it makes things easier that’s worth it. Wonder if someone has experience just using hoses for supply and drain?

Do I need a utility sink?

My old set up at my old house was just take everything out to the driveway as I was done with it to hose it off. A utility sink, I’m thinking, would change a lot for the better. Cleaning kegs, mash paddles, boil kettle. I could even clean the vessels in place while just pumping the waste water...

Do I need a utility sink?

So I’m getting close to finishing my electric HERMS build in the garage and was curious. Should I add a utility sink? Did this change the game for y’all or make things easier? Is it worth it? My garage has no water or plumbing for a drain, nor do I want to have plumbing added. I would have to...

    HERMS coil install

I got it straightened out. Just needed to muscle it carefully. Next time I’ll buy a HLT with tri clamp fittings welded on for HERMS coil. Thanks guys

    HERMS coil install

What do you guys think? Will it seal? The bends on the coil were offset from eachother and I mounted them in line vertically, which put the fittings in a little bind

    How do you contain spills?

I have electric 3 vessel HERMS and mostly concerned with spilling when moving hoses around with pumps

    How do you contain spills?

I brew in my garage and I used to just let water and wort hit the concrete when I would accidentally spill. Now my new home has a garage the has those checker board mat flooring that snap together. I would like to avoid spilling and keeping liquid out of those gaps. What are y’all’s method of...

    Spill berm

Hey guys Does anyone have a good solution to brewing inside the garage and keeping liquids contained. I have floor matting throughout my garage and don’t want to remove it. It’s nice. I’m looking for a small “spill berm” I could fit my SS table inside with my HERMS. Even ideas for a DIY...
