    Bottle bombs only happen when you use inferior glass or too much sugar from what I have read (and I have read a ton).

    These were meant for easy starter recipes which he was asking for. Both of which I have tired and know other who have. The results were fine and taste good. Now I am fine tweaking them with other yeast, priming sugar, and adding cinnamon, or vanilla to the secondary.

    Cider using supermarket apple juice.

    Let it fully ferment out of direct sunlight for attests 7-14 days. When you see no more bubbling you change/rack to a secondary and leave for another 7-14 days. Then bottle carb or straight bottle for as long as you want to age before you consume

    Yes depending on the yeast you can have some things fermented in about 7 days (from my readings). That looks super clear. Did you sample any? Add anything to the secondary? Are you gonna bottle carb?

    Interesting because I have read you can do it before or after. You wouldn't have to rack again because their wouldn't be as much sediment (lees)? I thought you could bottle (carbonate or not) for here? I am new to this just leaning bro
