    Petite Saison d'Ete

    Brewed this last week (5/27/16) using WLP565 yeast. OG is supposed to be 1.041, got it to 1.043; been fermenting at a constant 71 degrees F. Checked it today (6 days later) and it read 1.014. What should the ABV for this kit end up being?

    Brewer's Best Holiday Ale Bottling Question

    Brewed my 2nd batch (BB Holiday Ale) on Nov 1st; OG was 1.07, using 2x 3 gal Carboys. Bubbling stopped in the 4-6 day range. I will not be doing a secondary. Wondering: When should I Bottle, and for how long?
