    Has anyone used a coolbot?

    The brewery I used to work at cooled their walk-in with two window air conditioners from Lowes using Coolbots. It was pretty well insulated and the temp stayed at 40f. so far they have been running for about 5 years with no problems.

    Grainfather!!

    Oops. I forgot one problem I had. I added a pound of dextrose with 10 minutes left in the boil. After the addition, I no longer had a boil and it took about 10 minutes to regain any sort of boil at all. Next time, I will just pause the timer until my boil comes back, I guess.

    I usually get two harvests a year here in NC. Don't know if that's normal, but it's been like this for the five years they've been growing. Anybody else get two harvests?
