Oops. I forgot one problem I had. I added a pound of dextrose with 10 minutes left in the boil. After the addition, I no longer had a boil and it took about 10 minutes to regain any sort of boil at all. Next time, I will just pause the timer until my boil comes back, I guess.

Yep. They are ready. A slight bit of browning, dry & papery, hairs coming out the top, full of lupulin.

I haven't used any fertilizer, just plenty of water.

I usually get two harvests a year here in NC. Don't know if that's normal, but it's been like this for the five years they've been growing. Anybody else get two harvests?
