Kolsch Wyeast 2565 and its unwavering activity

Because it is a cream ale (flake rice, flaked barley) I would definitely like to condition for a minimum of two weeks, maybe more.

Kolsch Wyeast 2565 and its unwavering activity

Hello all, I have a beer currently fermenting with no signs of slowing down. I started fermentation of a cream ale 7 days ago. The O.G. was 1.065. My efficiency went thru the roof as I used a different method to sparge . I was hoping for a 1.050 o.g. Anyway, I was hoping to have this...

    Therminator...worth the money or not?

Thumbs up for the therminator here. I brew 10 and 15 gallon batches. It is easy to clean and sanitize. I have used it for at least 10 batches of beer and so far so good. From the time I turn off the boil untill the time I pitch is less than ten minutes for a ten gallon batch. Being that I am in...

    Cherry Wine

Well, one away. I put a batch to rest tonight. 16 lbs. cherries, 2.5 lbs raisins and 10 cups of cane sugar. The batch size was 4 gallons and the SG. was 1.080. This is the first time I have ever done something like this. I am looking forward to the finished product.
