However I wonder: I ferment one batch of blonde ale and another of amber ale under same circumstances and same yeast strain. Blonde has no fusels. Amber does. However I'll test temperature control. :) :)

Hello all: this is a very newbie question, but simple as it is. Do you foresee any problems when using a fermentation bucket at half its capacity? I.E. fermenting just 2.5 gallons and leaving all the space free? Should I expect any issues? Thanks!
